Contact support

Email help@archilas.com with any question about Archilas, an integration such as Slack, the MCP server, or your account. Include the email address you sign in with and, if it is about a connection, the tool’s name.

For privacy, legal, or data requests, email legal@archilas.com.

Docs and policies

  • Docs: install Archilas over MCP in Cursor, Claude Code, and other clients, connect sources, and use the HTTP API.
  • Slack integration: what it reads, how to install it, and how to remove it.
  • Privacy Policy: what we collect, who processes it, and how long we keep it.
  • Security: how workspaces, credentials, and keys are protected.
  • Terms and Cookies.

Disconnect an integration

  1. Sign in at archilas.com and open Connectors.
  2. Find the tool and choose Disconnect.

Disconnecting immediately deletes everything Archilas copied from that tool, its sync state, and the stored access token. Archilas also removes the webhook it created and, for Slack, GitHub, and Google tools, revokes the grant at the provider. You can also remove Archilas from the tool’s own app settings; that stops access, and disconnecting in Archilas deletes the copied content.

Delete notes or all your data

  • Single or selected notes: in Settings → Saved notes, delete one note or select several and delete them together.
  • Agent transcripts: on Connectors, an owner or admin can delete the workspace’s transcripts and turn capture off.
  • Everything: in Settings → Danger zone, choose Delete all my data and type your email to confirm. This deletes your account and every workspace you own, with its memory, connector tokens, and synced content, straight away.
  • Export: download a JSON copy of your account, workspace, and saved notes from Settings → General → Export.

If you cannot sign in, email legal@archilas.com from the address on the account and we will do it for you. The privacy policy explains what happens to backups.
